In this page, you will pick the right Chatbots path after you connect WhatsApp.

Time needed: 2 minutes

Before you start

Make sure:

  • You are logged in to Wabot.
  • The WhatsApp account for this chatbot shows Online.

If WhatsApp is not connected yet, finish Connect Your WhatsApp Account first.

Keyword and AI are two separate paths. Finish one path. Do not mix them on the same first launch.

Keyword path

  1. Choose Keyword mode
  2. Create a keyword chatbot item
  3. Add a STOP chatbot item

AI path

  1. Turn on AI mode
  2. Create an AI Default Reply
  3. Add a Leads Forwarder tool
  4. Train AI Knowledge
  5. Test in AI Playground

Next

Start with Choose Keyword mode if you want a fixed reply. Start with Turn on AI mode if you want the bot to answer in its own words.
