Wabot.io ialah app yang anda login. Plus cuma satu pelan bayaran dalamnya — bukan produk lain.

Wabot.io guna Official atau Unofficial API?

Kedua-duanya. Unofficial API maksudnya imbas QR, macam WhatsApp Web. Official API ialah nombor Meta Business. Pilih satu untuk WhatsApp ini — anda tidak perlu kedua-duanya.

Wabot Pro ialah nama lama untuk bil Official API. Ia dashboard Wabot.io yang sama, bukan app lain.

Saya mahu blast WhatsApp. Pelan mana?

Blast maksudnya satu WhatsApp kepada ramai nombor sekali gus. Basic boleh buat itu, dan balasan keyword ringkas.

Untuk senarai besar atau sejuk, pasukan biasanya cadangkan Official API. Lihat Harga dan Pelan.

Saya nak guna Chatbot AI. Pelan mana?

Anda perlukan Plus atau ke atas. Lite dan Basic tiada AI chatbot.

Risiko blast Unofficial API tinggi ke?

Ya, terutamanya jika anda blast kepada orang yang tidak kenal nombor anda. Guna senarai terkini, perkenalkan diri, dan beri pilihan STOP.

Tidak. AI credit untuk balasan Chatbot AI. Blast guna mesej pelan — bukan AI credit.

Saya mahu balasan keyword seperti harga. Perlu AI?

Tidak. Tetapkan keyword dalam Chatbots — lihat Cipta item chatbot keyword.

Guna AI hanya jika anda mahu bot jawab dengan ayat sendiri daripada prompt dan AI Knowledge.

Pelan mana yang patut saya pilih?

1. Ambil Lite pada RM30 sebulan jika anda hanya hantar notifikasi WhatsApp. Anda dapat satu nombor dan 30,000 mesej sebulan, dan ia tidak termasuk Broadcast, AI chatbot, atau automation.
2. Ambil Basic pada RM60 sebulan jika anda mahu blast dan tetapkan balasan keyword. Anda dapat satu nombor dan 100,000 mesej sebulan. Tiada AI chatbot.
3. Ambil Plus pada RM120 sebulan jika anda mahu AI chatbot. Mesej tanpa had pada satu nombor, dan anda dapat 3,000 kredit AI sebulan.
4. Ambil Premier pada RM290 sebulan jika anda urus dua atau tiga jenama, atau anda perlukan lebih AI. Anda dapat tiga nombor WhatsApp, kira-kira RM96 setiap satu, dan 10,000 kredit AI sebulan.
5. Ambil Platinum pada RM890 sebulan jika anda hantar volum tinggi. Anda dapat sepuluh nombor WhatsApp, kira-kira RM89 setiap satu, 50,000 kredit AI sebulan, dan sokongan VVIP.

3. Atau hidupkan Advance credits (bil overdraft).

Kredit pelan bulanan tidak dibawa ke bulan seterusnya. Kredit top-up yang dibeli kekal sehingga anda guna.

What is the difference between Wabot.io and Plus?

Wabot.io is the app you log into. Plus is just one paid plan inside it — not a different product.

Does Wabot.io use Official or Unofficial API?

Both. Unofficial API means you scan a QR, like WhatsApp Web. Official API is a Meta Business number. Pick one for this WhatsApp — you do not need both.

Wabot Pro is an older name for Official API billing. It is the same Wabot.io dashboard, not a different app.

I only want automation. Which plan?

Take Lite if you only send WhatsApp notifications. Lite has no automation and no Broadcast. For automation or blast, take Basic or above. See Pricing.

I want to blast WhatsApp. Which plan?

Blast means one WhatsApp to many numbers at once. Basic can do that, plus simple keyword replies.

For a large or cold list, the team usually suggests Official API. See Pricing.

I want Chatbot AI. Which plan?

You need Plus or above. Lite and Basic have no AI chatbot.

Is blast on Unofficial API high risk?

Yes, especially if you blast people who do not know your number. Use a recent list, introduce yourself, and give a STOP option.

For daily replies, use Live Chat in Wabot.io — not WhatsApp Web.

AI and chatbot

Are AI credits the same as blast credits?

No. AI credit is for Chatbot AI replies. Blast uses your plan messages — not AI credit.

I want replies for keywords like harga. Do I need AI?

No. Set a keyword in Chatbots — see Create a keyword chatbot item.

Use AI only if you want the bot to answer in its own words from your prompt and AI Knowledge.

Account and billing

How long is the trial? Do my settings disappear?

The trial is lifetime, with about 150 messages per month. Your settings stay when you hit that limit.

How do I subscribe or change plan?

Sign up, then pick a plan after you log in.

To change plan later, send the team your Wabot email and the Order ID.

How do I stop auto-debit or unsubscribe?

Log in to Fatomate.com with your Wabot email, then unlink the card. Use Forgot Password if you have no password yet.

I forgot my Wabot.io password

Open app.wabot.io and click Forgot password. If no email arrives, send your Wabot email to the team.

Live Chat

I paid, but Live Chat will not open

Open Accounts, open the WhatsApp account, set Live Chat Status to Active, then refresh.

Which plan should I pick?

1. Take Lite at RM30 a month if you only send WhatsApp notifications. You get one number and 30,000 messages a month, and it does not include Broadcast, an AI chatbot, or automation.
2. Take Basic at RM60 a month if you want to blast and set keyword replies. You get one number and 100,000 messages a month. There is no AI chatbot.
3. Take Plus at RM120 a month if you want an AI chatbot. Messages are unlimited on one number, and you get 3,000 AI credits a month.
4. Take Premier at RM290 a month if you run two or three brands, or you need more AI. You get three WhatsApp numbers, about RM96 each, and 10,000 AI credits a month.
5. Take Platinum at RM890 a month if you send a high volume. You get ten WhatsApp numbers, about RM89 each, 50,000 AI credits a month, and VVIP support.

If you pass the monthly AI credit allowance:

1. On the Dashboard, open the AI Credits card.
2. Click Purchase.
3. Or turn on Advance credits (overdraft billing).

Monthly plan credits do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits stay until you use them.
