Dalam tutorial ini, anda akan menghantar satu Broadcast ujian yang kecil daripada akaun Unofficial API kepada satu contact group.

Masa diperlukan: 10 minit

Sebelum mula

Pastikan:

• Anda sudah log masuk ke Wabot.
• Akaun WhatsApp yang akan menghantar menunjukkan Online.
• Anda ada kumpulan ujian atau Broadcast List yang kecil. Masukkan nombor sendiri dahulu.

Jika WhatsApp belum disambungkan, siapkan Connect Your WhatsApp Account dahulu.

Hantar hanya kepada orang yang sudah minta mesej daripada anda. Nombor dalam senarai bukan sama dengan kebenaran.

1. Buka Broadcast

Pada menu sebelah kiri, klik Broadcast.

2. Cipta Broadcast baharu

Klik Create.

Isikan Broadcast Name yang mudah anda kenali kemudian.

3. Pilih Unofficial API dan kumpulan kecil

1. Pilih Unofficial API.
2. Pilih akaun WhatsApp yang Online.
3. Pilih Contact Groups.
4. Di Include Groups, pilih kumpulan ujian atau Broadcast List anda.
5. Semak kiraan penerima. Untuk tutorial ini, biarkan beberapa nombor sahaja.

Klik Continue.

4. Tulis mesej teks

Pilih Text & Media, kemudian Caption Only.

Taip mesej pendek.

Ini ialah Broadcast ujian daripada Wabot.

Anda boleh tambah {name} jika mahu setiap orang nampak nama sendiri.

Jika ada Send Test Message, hantar satu ke nombor sendiri dahulu.

Gunakan kod negara, tanpa + dan tanpa ruang.

Klik Continue.

5. Hantar sekarang

Pilih Send Now.

Semak akaun, audience dan mesej. Klik Launch Broadcast hanya bila semuanya betul.

Pastikan ia berjaya

Tutorial ini berjaya apabila:

• Broadcast muncul dalam senarai.
• Status berubah kepada Sending atau Completed.
• Telefon ujian terima mesej WhatsApp.
• Tiada status Failed untuk penerima itu.

Kalau tak jadi

Mesej tidak sampai

• Pastikan akaun masih Online.
• Buka Broadcast dan klik Report.
• Pastikan nombor ujian ada dalam kumpulan, dengan kod negara dan tanpa +.

Tidak boleh klik Continue

• Isi Broadcast Name.
• Pilih akaun Unofficial API.
• Pilih sekurang-kurangnya satu kumpulan di Include Groups.

Official API minta template

Tutorial ini guna Unofficial API. Jika anda pilih Official API, kembali dan tukar, atau ikut Hantar Broadcast dengan Pre-Approved Template.

Status Failed

Buka Report dan baca ralat. Jangan hantar semula ke senarai besar sebelum ujian berjaya.

Seterusnya

Broadcast ujian anda sudah siap. Seterusnya, hantar dengan template yang Meta sudah lulus daripada akaun Official API.

Hantar Broadcast dengan Pre-Approved Template →

In this tutorial, you will send one Official API Broadcast using a Pre-Approved Template.

Time needed: 12 minutes

Before you start

Make sure:

• You are logged in to Wabot.
• You have an Official API WhatsApp account that shows Online.
• At least one Pre-Approved template is approved in Meta and ready to sync.
• You have a small test group. Put only your own number in it first.

Create templates in Meta Business Manager. Wabot syncs templates that Meta has already approved. See Templates if you need to sync first.

Regular messages only go to people in the 24-hour session. A Pre-Approved Template can still be delivered after that window.

1. Open Broadcast

On the left menu, click Broadcast.

2. Start a new Broadcast

Click Create.

Enter a Broadcast Name.

3. Choose Official API and a small group

1. Select Official API.
2. Pick one Official API account. You can select only one.
3. Choose Contact Groups.
4. Under Include Groups, pick your test group.
5. Check the recipient count. Keep it small for this tutorial.

Click Continue.

4. Pick a Pre-Approved Template

Select Pre-Approved Template.

Click Browse and Choose a Pre-Approved Template.

If the list is empty, click Sync, then pick an approved template.

Fill every placeholder such as {{1}} or {{2}}.

If the template has a header image, video, or document, upload that file.

Check the preview on the right.

If you see Send Test Message, send one to your own number first.

Right: 60123456789

Click Continue.

5. Send it now

Choose Send Now.

Review the account, audience, and template. Click Launch Broadcast.

Make sure it worked

This tutorial worked when:

• The Broadcast appears in the list.
• The status moves to Sending or Completed.
• The test phone receives the template message, including the filled variables.
• There is no Failed status for that recipient.

If it didn’t work

No templates in the list

• Confirm you selected Official API.
• Click Sync.
• Open Templates → Pre-Approved and check the template status is approved.

You cannot fill the placeholders

Every variable in the template must have a value before you can continue.

The message did not arrive

• Open Report and read the error.
• Check the test number uses a country code and no +.
• Confirm the template is still approved in Meta.

Continue is disabled

• Fill in Broadcast Name.
• Select one Official API account.
• Select a Pre-Approved Template.
• Select at least one group under Include Groups.
