    Next

Customers now get a status WhatsApp. Next, alert the shop owner when a new order arrives.

    Masa diperlukan: 8 minit

    Sebelum mula

    Pastikan:

    1. Buka mesej status

    Dalam admin WordPress, buka Wabot.

    Buka Customer Notifications.

Plugin boleh mesej status WooCommerce ini: Pending, On-hold, Processing, Completed, Cancelled, Refunded, dan Failed.

    2. Tulis mesej Completed

    Hidupkan Completed.

    Tulis mesej pendek.

Hai [billing_first_name], order [order_id] sudah selesai. Terima kasih kerana membeli di [shop_name].

    Simpan.

    3. Tukar order ujian

    Pergi ke WooCommerce → Orders.

    Buka order ujian anda.

Tukar status kepada Completed. Kemas kini order.

    Pastikan ia berjaya

    Tutorial ini berjaya apabila:

    • Status order dalam WooCommerce ialah Completed.
    • Telefon ujian terima WhatsApp Completed.

    • Simpan semula, kemudian tukar status sekali lagi.
    • Buka Semak log mesej.

    Anda tukar status dua kali

    Anda mahu tracking penghantaran

    Seterusnya

Pelanggan kini dapat WhatsApp status. Seterusnya, alert tuan kedai bila ada order baru.

Alert admin kedai bila ada order baru →

  • Alert the shop admin on a new order

In this tutorial, you will send a WhatsApp to the shop owner when a customer places an order.

    Time needed: 8 minutes

    Before you start

    Make sure:

    • The Wabot WordPress plugin is installed and connected.
    • You know the shop owner’s WhatsApp number.

This message goes to the shop, not to the customer. Customer messages are in Send a new-order WhatsApp to the customer.

    1. Open the admin notification

    In WordPress admin, open Wabot.

Open the shop admin / admin notification settings. Look for Admin Notifications or a shop-admin message.

    Turn it on.

    2. Enter the owner’s number and message

Enter the shop owner’s WhatsApp number.

Use the country code, with no + and no spaces.

    Right: 60123456789

    Wrong: +60 12-345 6789

    Type a short alert.

    New order [order_id] from [billing_first_name]. Amount [order_amount]. Phone [billing_phone].

    Save.

    3. Place a test order

Place a small test order, or reuse checkout with a test product.

Use a billing phone that is not the same as the admin number if you also test the customer message. That way you can see both WhatsApps.

    Make sure it worked

    This tutorial worked when:

    • The test order appears in WooCommerce → Orders.
    • The shop owner’s phone receives the admin WhatsApp.
    • The order number in the message matches that order.

    If it didn’t work

Only the customer got a message

    • Confirm the admin notification is on.
    • Check the admin number uses the country code, with no +.
    • Save again, then place a new test order.

    Both phones are the same

If the billing phone and the admin number are the same, you may get two WhatsApps on one phone. That is expected.

    The message did not arrive

    Open Check the message log.

    Next

The shop owner now gets an alert. Next, use the log when a WhatsApp does not arrive.

    Check the message log →

    Masa diperlukan: 8 minit

    Sebelum mula

    Pastikan:

    • Plugin WordPress Wabot sudah dipasang dan disambungkan.
    • Anda tahu nombor WhatsApp tuan kedai.

    1. Buka notifikasi admin

    Dalam admin WordPress, buka Wabot.

Buka tetapan notifikasi admin kedai. Cari Admin Notifications atau mesej shop admin.

    Hidupkan.

    2. Masukkan nombor tuan kedai dan mesej

    Masukkan nombor WhatsApp tuan kedai.

Gunakan kod negara, tanpa + dan tanpa ruang.

    Betul: 60123456789

    Salah: +60 12-345 6789

    Tulis alert pendek.

    Order baru [order_id] daripada [billing_first_name]. Jumlah [order_amount]. Telefon [billing_phone].

    Simpan.

    3. Buat order ujian

    Pastikan ia berjaya

    Tutorial ini berjaya apabila:

    • Order ujian muncul dalam WooCommerce → Orders.
    • Telefon tuan kedai terima WhatsApp admin.

    • Simpan semula, kemudian buat order ujian baharu.

    Kedua-dua telefon sama

    Buka Semak log mesej.

    Seterusnya

Tuan kedai kini dapat alert. Seterusnya, guna log bila WhatsApp tidak sampai.

    Semak log mesej →

  • Check the message log

In this tutorial, you will open the plugin log to see why a WhatsApp did not arrive.

    Time needed: 8 minutes

    Before you start

    Make sure:

    • The Wabot WordPress plugin is installed.
    • You have placed at least one test order, or changed an order status.

    1. Open the message log

    In WordPress admin, open Wabot.

Open Messages Log or Message Logs.

    2. Find your test send

Look for the latest row. Check:

    • The phone number
    • The order number
    • Whether it sent or failed

If it failed, read the error on that row.

    3. Fix the phone format

WooCommerce must store the billing phone with the country code, no +, and no spaces.

    Right: 60123456789

    Wrong: +60 12-345 6789

    Wrong: 012-345 6789

If the log shows 012… or a number with +, edit the customer’s billing phone in the order. Place a new test order, or change the status again.

    4. Check the account is still connected

If the log shows disconnected or a token error:

    1. In Wabot, open Accounts and confirm the account is Online.
    2. In WordPress, open Wabot and click Verify Status if you see it.
    3. Paste Instance ID and Access Token again from API Credentials.

    Make sure it worked

    This tutorial worked when:

    • You can see the test send in the log.
    • A new test after the phone fix arrives on WhatsApp.
    • Failed rows make sense (wrong number, disconnected, or not turned on).

    If it didn’t work

    The log is empty

    • Confirm the plugin is Active.
    • Confirm the notification for that status is on.
    • Place a new test order after you save.

The number looks right but nothing arrives

    • Confirm the WhatsApp account is Online.
    • Confirm you installed the matching zip: Unofficial API Plugin with an Unofficial account, or Official API Plugin with an Official account.

You still cannot tell what failed

Copy the error text from the log and send it to support, with the order number and the time you tested.

    Next

Order WhatsApp from WordPress is ready. You can go back to the Notifications list, or open another feature.

    Masa diperlukan: 8 minit

    Sebelum mula

    3. Tampal semula Instance ID dan Access Token dari API Credentials.

    Pastikan ia berjaya

    Tutorial ini berjaya apabila:

    • Anda nampak hantaran ujian dalam log.
    • Ujian baharu selepas betul nombor sampai di WhatsApp.
    • Baris gagal masuk akal (nombor salah, disconnected, atau belum dihidupkan).

    Kalau tak jadi

    Log kosong

    • Pastikan plugin Active.
    • Pastikan notifikasi untuk status itu sudah dihidupkan.
    • Buat order ujian baharu selepas anda simpan.

Nombor nampak betul tapi tak sampai

    • Pastikan akaun WhatsApp Online.
