Category: Audience Hub

People, follow-ups, lists, labels, and WhatsApp groups.

  • Find people by a Label

In this tutorial, you will open Labels and see who has one WhatsApp label.

    Time needed: 8 minutes

    Before you start

    Make sure:

    • You are logged in to Wabot.
    • The WhatsApp account already has labels, such as from Live Chat or WhatsApp.

Labels are WhatsApp tags. They are not Broadcast Lists.

    1. Open Labels

On the left menu, open Audience Hub.

    Click Labels.

    2. Pick the account and label

    Select the WhatsApp account.

Under Filter by Label, choose one label.

    3. Review the people

The table shows people on that label.

You can use Search label contacts… to find a name or phone.

You can filter by created date, then Export if you need a file.

    Make sure it worked

    This tutorial worked when:

    • You selected an account and a label.
    • The table shows the people on that label, or it shows that the label has no one yet.
    • You did not mix this list with a Broadcast List.

    If it didn’t work

    No labels appear

    • Confirm the account is Online.
    • Apply a label in Live Chat or WhatsApp first, then open Labels again.

    The table is empty

That label has no people yet. Pick another label, or apply this label to a chat in Live Chat.

    You wanted a campaign list

Use Create a Broadcast List. Labels tag chats. Broadcast Lists hold campaign numbers.

    Next

You can see who has a label. Next, open a real WhatsApp group and its members.

    View a WhatsApp Group →

  • Cari orang mengikut Label

Ia bukan Broadcast Lists.

    1. Buka Labels

Pada menu sebelah kiri, buka Audience Hub.

    Klik Labels.

    2. Pilih akaun dan label

    Pilih akaun WhatsApp.

Di bawah Filter by Label, pilih satu label.

    3. Semak orang

    Anda mahu senarai kempen

Guna Cipta Broadcast List. Labels menanda chat. Broadcast Lists simpan nombor kempen.

    Seterusnya

Anda boleh nampak siapa ada label. Seterusnya, buka kumpulan WhatsApp sebenar dan ahlinya.

    Lihat kumpulan WhatsApp →

  • Audience Hub

    Sidebar → GENERAL → Audience Hub — https://app.wabot.io/dashboard/contacts

    Bahagian Audience Hub

    Bekerja dengan People

    1. Buka Audience Hub → People.

    Cipta Broadcast List

    1. Buka Audience Hub → Broadcast Lists.
    2. Klik Create List.
    3. Masukkan List Name (cth. “March Promo List”).
    4. Pilih cara menambah kenalan:
      • File import
      • Paste nombor telefon
      • Single entry

    Urus susulan

    1. Buka Audience Hub → Follow-Up Center.
    2. Semak tab Follow-up Messages. Ia memaparkan kenalan, jenis, mesej, jadual terancang, status, masa dicipta dan masa pelaksanaan.
    3. Guna penapis All Types, All Status, tarikh dicipta, akaun dan kenalan untuk mengecilkan senarai.

    3. Pilih Day, Week atau Month untuk kehalusan carta.
    4. Semak metrik pertumbuhan pelanggan, pemerolehan, penglibatan dan penglibatan semula.
    5. Guna Refresh analytics selepas perubahan material apabila anda memerlukan data semasa.

    Kumpulan WhatsApp

    1. Buka Audience Hub → Groups.
    2. Pilih akaun apabila diminta.
    3. Guna penapis All Groups dan All Time untuk mengecilkan senarai kumpulan.

“Unsubscribed”)

Ini membolehkan anda menyasarkan dengan tepat. Contohnya: sertakan “All Customers” tetapi kecualikan senarai “Unsubscribed”.

    Amalan terbaik

    • Namakan senarai secara deskriptif: tarikh, kempen, sumber (cth. “Webinar 21 Nov 2024”, “Website Leads Jan”)

    Sidebar → GENERAL → Audience Hub → People — https://app.wabot.io/dashboard/contacts/people

    Paparan

    Penapis

    • Select Account — tapis mengikut akaun WhatsApp tertentu
      • Search — cari seseorang mengikut nama atau nombor telefon
      • Advanced filters — kecilkan mengikut status chatbot, keadaan susulan, aktiviti, sumber, label atau tarikh
      • Columns and view mode — laras butiran yang dipaparkan untuk aliran kerja anda

    Bekerja dengan seseorang

    1. Buka Audience Hub → People dan pilih akaun serta paparan.
    2. Cari atau tapis orang tersebut.
    3. Klik baris atau kad untuk membuka profil.
    4. Semak atau kemas kini:
    • Name & phone number
      • Labels yang diguna
      • Conversation history
      • Custom fields (e-mel, syarikat, nota)
      • Last interaction date
    1. Simpan sebarang perubahan yang dibenarkan. Guna tindakan pukal halaman hanya selepas mengesahkan orang yang dipilih.

Tambah, import, eksport dan buang kenalan

    1. Pilih akaun dahulu, kerana kenalan milik akaun WhatsApp tertentu.
    5. Guna tindakan padam dengan berhati-hati. Membuang kenalan CRM tidak semestinya membatalkan mesej, label, sejarah pelanggan atau rekod sistem luaran.

    Labels

Labels ialah tag asli WhatsApp (seperti “new lead”, “VIP”, “paid”).

    • Tapis kenalan
      • Mencetus automasi (pencetus berasaskan label)
      • Segmentasikan broadcast

  • Contacts

People is the central directory of CRM contacts and chatbot subscribers from your Wabot-connected WhatsApp accounts.

    Where to Find It

    Sidebar → GENERAL → Audience Hub → People — https://app.wabot.io/dashboard/contacts/people

    Views

Use the People page to switch between the available contact and subscriber views:

    View Description
Contacts CRM people and their profile data
Subscribers People who have interacted with your chatbot or other subscriber entry points

    Filters

    • Select Account — filter by a specific WhatsApp account
      • Search — find a person by name or phone number
      • Advanced filters — narrow by chatbot status, follow-up state, activity, source, labels, or date
      • Columns and view mode — adjust the details shown for your workflow

    Working with a Person

    1. Open Audience Hub → People and choose the account and view.
    2. Search or filter for the person.
    3. Click the row or card to open the profile.
    4. Review or update:
    • Name & phone number
      • Labels applied
      • Conversation history
      • Custom fields (email, company, notes)
      • Last interaction date
    1. Save any permitted changes. Use the page’s bulk actions only after confirming the selected people.

Add, Import, Export, and Remove Contacts

    1. Select the account first, because contacts belong to a specific WhatsApp account.
    2. Use Add Contact to create one contact. Enter a name when available and a phone number in international format.
    3. Use Import to add a prepared CSV file. Test the import with a small file before importing a large database.
    4. Use Export after applying the required account, search, and date filters.
    5. Use delete actions cautiously. Removing a CRM contact does not necessarily undo messages, labels, subscriber history, or external system records.

    Labels

Labels are WhatsApp-native tags (like “new lead”, “VIP”, “paid”). Open Audience Hub → Labels to select an account and label, then search, filter, refresh, or export the associated people. Labels can be used to:

    • Filter contacts
      • Trigger automations (label-based triggers)
      • Segment broadcasts

  • Audience Hub

If the workspace shows Access Restricted, ask an owner to grant the required contact permission. Subscriber Analytics, Labels, and WhatsApp Groups can each be restricted separately.

People, Analytics, and Broadcast Lists require subscriber or CRM access. Follow-Up Center requires chatbot access, Labels require label access, and Groups require participant-export access.

Audience Hub is the contact-management workspace for chatbot subscribers, follow-ups, audience segments, WhatsApp labels, and WhatsApp groups.

    Where to Find It

    Sidebar → GENERAL → Audience Hub — https://app.wabot.io/dashboard/contacts

    Audience Hub Sections

    Section Use it for
People Browse CRM contacts and chatbot subscribers, update profiles, apply labels, and control chatbot access
Follow-Up Center Review scheduled messages and the AI follow-up decisions behind them
Analytics Review subscriber and audience trends
Broadcast Lists Build validated recipient lists for broadcast campaigns
Labels Manage WhatsApp labels used in filtering, Live Chat, and automation
Groups View WhatsApp groups available to connected accounts

    Work with People

    1. Open Audience Hub → People.
    2. Choose the available Subscribers or Contacts view, then select an account when prompted.
    3. Search by name or phone number, or use filters for activity, labels, chatbot state, source, or date.
    4. Click a person to review their profile, history, labels, and custom fields.
    5. Use bulk actions only after confirming the selected people. Depending on your permissions and view, you can enable or disable chatbot access, export results, or delete selected people.

    Tip.

Use labels for operational states, such as new-lead, paid, or unsubscribed. Use Broadcast Lists for a campaign’s recipient set. This keeps automations and reporting easier to understand.

    Create a Broadcast List

    1. Open Audience Hub → Broadcast Lists.
    2. Click Create List.
    3. Enter a List Name (e.g. “March Promo List”).
    4. Choose how to add contacts:
      • File import
      • Paste phone numbers
      • Single entry
      • On the list detail page, import from WhatsApp groups, CRM contacts, or subscribers when those sources are available.
    5. Save, then open the list to add or remove contacts, edit its name/description/active state, export CSV, and revalidate numbers.

Use the contact-status filter to review Unvalidated, Valid, and Invalid numbers. Validation requires a connected Unofficial API account. Unvalidated entries can still be eligible for a broadcast, so do not interpret them as failed validation.

    Warning.

Deleting a Broadcast List permanently removes the list and its contacts. Delete Invalid and individual contact deletion are also destructive.

    Manage Follow-Ups

    1. Open Audience Hub → Follow-Up Center.
    2. Review the Follow-up Messages tab. It shows the contact, type, message, planned schedule, status, created time, and execution time.
    3. Use All Types, All Status, created-date, account, and contact filters to narrow the list.
    4. Review the message content, schedule, and outcome before editing a pending follow-up.
    5. Open Follow-Up Decisions to see the AI’s result, follow-up mode, what it noticed, model, and created time. Search by contact or filter by decision result.
    6. Use deletion controls only after confirming that the follow-up or decision record is no longer required.

    Review Audience Analytics

    1. Open Audience Hub → Analytics.
    2. Select the relevant account and time range: 7d, 30d, 90d, or All.
    3. Choose Day, Week, or Month for the chart granularity.
    4. Review subscriber growth, acquisition, engagement, and re-engagement metrics.
    5. Use Refresh analytics after a material change when you need current data.
    6. Compare a trend with the original campaign or automation before changing production rules.

    Use Labels and WhatsApp Groups

    Labels

    1. Open Audience Hub → Labels.
    2. Select an account, then choose a label.
    3. Search, filter by date, sort, or export the people associated with that label.
    4. Use Sync only when your role includes label-sync access.
    5. Apply or remove the label from People or Live Chat as appropriate.

Labels can filter views and trigger label-based automations.

    WhatsApp Groups

    1. Open Audience Hub → Groups.
    2. Select an account when prompted.
    3. Use the All Groups and All Time filters to narrow the group list.
    4. Use View group details to review the group, its participants, and participant roles.
    5. Export group or participant information only when your team is authorized to use it.

These are WhatsApp conversation groups, not Broadcast Lists.

    Using Groups in Broadcasts

    • Include Lists — pick one or more Broadcast Lists to send to
      • Exclude Lists — optionally exclude specific lists (e.g. “Unsubscribed”)

This lets you target precisely. For example: include “All Customers” but exclude an “Unsubscribed” list.

    Best Practices

    • Name lists descriptively: date, campaign, source (e.g. “Webinar 21 Nov 2024”, “Website Leads Jan”)
      • Clean up invalid contacts periodically
      • Create an Unsubscribed list and always exclude it from broadcasts
      • Use Segmented Subscriber for dynamic targeting based on behavior
